Yup! The DevOps team is now Neon Bang. This awesome opportunity allows us to step out into our own brand, identity, and mission while allowing S90 TechOps to do the same.
Not at all! We are still very much part of the same tight knit culture. The decision to step out into our own brand is part of an effort to nurture each company's dedication to our clients and our services.
It was beginning to get difficult to have a "web-application-development voice" without diluting S90's history and strength as an IT MSP. Now, we can fully embrace the code, culture, and ecosystem Neon Bang thrives in.
Expect some brighter colors and some new, cool tools. Other than that, it's the same crew, same dedication, and same bad Dad Jokes.
Have you ever looked at an hourly line item and thought, "What did we get for that?" Well, accountability and transparency is very important to us and we got to the point where we were asking, "What did we deliver for that?" Honestly, from the outside-looking-in, we simply think hourly invoices send the wrong message. We don't want to sell time, we want to sell solutions & deliverables.
Think of it as a very, very tiny Scope of Work. Tokens are intended to have a one-to-one value with a deliverable, feature, or expectation. If you were to see a list of 10 Tokens flagged as "delivered", it should also read as 10 things Neon Bang did for us. Creating and defining Tokens is difficult. There is a reason not every agency is going this route.
The way we see it, if we scope out and deliver something, it should work. If your web application is subscribed to Foundation Core, we include all bug fixes.
Of course. Let's chat.
Not right now. But, please reach out to us and let us know what peaked your interest in working here. Thanks!
It is the bee's knees.
